Chinese Cashew ChickenIngredients:1 can bean sprouts, drained2 cups sliced cooked chicken1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted1 cup sliced celery1/2 cup chopped green onions with tops1 can mushrooms, drained2 tbsp. butter1 tbsp. soy sauce1 can water chestnuts1 cup cashewsHot cooked riceDirections:1. Combine bean sprouts, chicken, soup, celery, onions, mushrooms, water chestnuts, butter and soy sauce in crock-pot. Mix well. Cover and cook on low 4-6 hours or high 2-3 hours.2. Stir in cashews just before serving. Serve over rice.
